Song Patterns - Sometimes song patterns may not play, especially when looping is on. Try pressing stop, ... wait a bit ... and press play. You can also use the Refresh and Recovery option mentioned below. We are looking into this issue.
Loop Bounce - Patterns at the start of loops may not bounce. You can start the loop on the previous bar to include the start. We are on it.
Unison - The unison setting for certain synths are not being translated to the song patterns correctly in some instances. We are looking in to this issue.
Phasing - You may hear some phasing when overlaying drummer patterns onto your song composition with pre-compilation turned on. This is just a transient issue and does not affect your composition. We are looking into this, but you can turn off pre-compilation temporarily or layer the patterns on your song structure.
Templates - After initial install or following updates, the templates list may take a while to appear. This is due to the platform having to reconstruct your local cache. Please be patient.
Refresh and Recovery - You can use the SOS icon to recover your session in most circumstances. You can learn more within the Performance and Tuning section towards the end of the documentation.
Updates - Try not to update the app if you already have a different instance running within a browser tab. If the update fails for any reason try closing the app and/or the browser tab and restarting. You can also try clearing the browser cache and reloading. Master Limiter - If a limiter is present on the master channel, it temporarily activates in the event of audio clipping. Sometimes it fails to return back to the correct state. You can reset this by toggling the unit or touching the threshold slider.
Browser Support - The Pluck Synth, CombFilter FX unit and the Bit-Crusher FX unit may not work on certain browsers.
