We are excited to announce the release of Lockdown Composer V3.0
The focus of this release has been the inclusion of enhanced MIDI Learn and Performance features, that make best use of Lockdown Composer's performance-oriented audio units. These include:
- Interactive and intuitive graphical MIDI Learn capabilities that enable you to train individual items.
- Save and retrieve MIDI mappings from your project files.
- Save and retrieve MIDI mappings from separate mapping files.
- Intuitive, pre-defined MIDI keyboard mappings to help you get started quickly.
- Octave-based multi-bank arrangement for the Drummer to help you access pads and volume controls using controllers that have limited pads.
- The Pad-Lock unit can be accessed in 8 banks of 8 pads or all-at-once, including keyboard mappings for all pads across 8 octaves.
- All 8 FX Racks include sound shaping X-Y panels. You can now control them with suitable MIDI-enabled hardware.
- Intuitive and automatic keyboard mappings for the Player (including Sampler). You can also control the X-Y Shaper panel using MIDI.
- Multi-unit, parallel arrangement to help you perform on different parts of various audio units at the same time.
- This release also includes many more features to help you slice, shape and arrange complete songs in record time.
- We have also included more enhanced tutorial-based documentation with this release to help you get started quickly.
